DO YOU SERVICE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES?
Absolutely. Our home delivery brings the dry cleaners directly to your door. We serve most of the greater Atlanta area neighborhoods twice a week, every week.

HOW DO YOU BILL?
We securely keep our clients credit cards on file and charge bi-monthly. Individual invoices are included with every delivery and monthly statements can be received via email and are always available to view online.

HOW DO I REDEEM A COUPON?
Simply log into your account and go to the coupon link. Type in the coupon code and the discount automatically will be applied to your next order. Make sure coupons are redeemed on the pickup day or before the delivery day.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL REWARD PROGRAM?
Yes. Our customers love our service and we rely on word of mouth. To take advantage of our referral program, simply tell a potential new customer to use your name when they register. You automatically will receive 25% off for the entire following month from the day of referral. If you refer multiple customers, you will receive discounts on multiple months. Refer 10 people, receive 10 months of 25% off!

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
Because we specialize in servicing condos and office buildings, we generally serve the Perimeter, Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown areas. If your location is outside of this area but may be an ideal building, give us a call and we will see if we can accommodate your property.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Zilch. We are setup to efficiently serve office and condo properties and offer our premiere service to these properties at no additional charge.

HOW IS DRY CLEANING KEPT SEPARATE FROM WASH & FOLD?
We have specific customer bags for each type of order. If you don’t currently have a bag labeled ‘Laundry Service’, then you can request one in your online profile under preferences.
